what's up man it's Lindsay and Rihanna stress how do you say I listen to music and take breaks in between my homework 44% of the population of America's under extreme stress some people meditate to relieve stress what did Marauders do to become less stressed stressed how do I play basketball I read and I hang out with friends if it's homework I just do it right away or if I'm nervous about a test I just study really hard and I hope that I do well, stress Prime and growing things because I mean I like to eat I cope with stress when playing video games like Halo in Dark Souls when I stressed I play it Lego bat and it's really fun I drove the stress my like getting on my beard like escaping reality is every year the Gratitude trees alarm for 4 what do you like that we think about and show gratitude and having gratitude everyday so for the Gratitude I think it's really important for people to say what they're thankful for personally I'm I'm really thankful for I'm thankful for my family and I'm thankful for like Christmas and all that all the really good holidays when you get some time thankful for my friends just write down what you're thankful for and put it on the tree for everyone to see and I love the Gratitude tree because people write funny things serious things and they seem to be Jerry I'm connected to the tree itself and I think it's a way to bring the whole school together and create a sense of community see you next time
