Good morning. Today we will focus on the negative exponent portion of 10.4. You should have seen an explanation in the video posted yesterday. In order to make the exponents positive, all you need to do is push it from the denominator to the numerator, or from the numerator to the denominator. 2-2 = 1/22 or 1/4.
