This Week in Workouts: 9/14-9/18

Monday:
  • Modified Mile Monday
    • Choose a cardio workout that you prefer: walking, running, swimming, basketball drills, soccer drills, etc. 
    • If you prefer to work out inside, there is a cardio video provided. 
    • Engage in the activity for 30-35 minutes - allow time for warm up and cool down
Tuesday:
  • Muscle Building Tuesday
    • Engage in the specified Muscle Building Videos provided
    • Follow the instructions
Wednesday:
  • Wacky Wednesday
    • Free choice of exercise activities and routines
    • Engage for 30-40 minutes
Thursday:
  • Muscle Building Thursday
    • Engage in the specified Muscle Building Videos provided
    • Follow the instructions
Friday:
  • Minimum Day
  • Free you Mind Friday: practice in time for yourself, away from the screens of you computer, phone, tablet, tv, or any other digital device.
  • Clear you mind and relax by yourself
  • Option 2: do something socially positive. Eat dinner as a household unit (if possible), take a walk with family or friends, engage in social group activity (puzzle, board game, cooking, etc.)
