6th Grade Field Trip CA Science Center

Meet in front of the TAB at 8:00 am

Through the generosity of our Miraleste Intermediate School PTSA, all 6th grade students are invited to attend a field trip to the California Science Center and IMAX Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. This field trip coincides with our 6th grade science curriculum.

Students are expected to observe the following rules:
Follow all directions of teachers and docents of the museum as students take part in the interactive tour and IMAX movie presentation.
Each student must bring his or her own sack and lunch to eat and a drink.
Students should display appropriate behavior and be respectful at the museum.
All cell phones are to be OFF and kept in a pocket or purse. There will be no cell-phone use during this field trip.
All students are to dress in appropriate attire and wear comfortable shoes for walking.
Online permission slips need to be completed, including the electronic signature of the student's parent or guardian by January 9th,2026.

Students should meet in front of the TAB at 8:00 a.m., with packed lunch and drink in hand. Chaperones will take attendance at 8:15 a.m. Buses will depart at 8:30 a.m. sharp. Busses will arrive back on campus at 3:00 p.m.
