Students must participate through a local PTA/PTSA. Each student’s eligibility is determined by the state and local PTA/PTSA. If you have questions about the eligibility of your artwork or participation details (e.g., timelines, processes, requirements):

- Connect with your State Reflections Chair or other state PTA leaders.
