Hey all, hopefully you are continuing to do your workouts. This week is already on the calendar, next few weeks will be added as well. Please don't stress over PE. You have a lot of work to do for other classes. I put the workouts on here as a "guide". If you are bike riding for a few miles or playing football etc. Cool! I just want you moving! Don't worry about video taping it. I will figure out a log of some-sort. Stay healthy and wash your hands ;)
