hi this is Luca I'm Carlos lives in Maryland June I'm your last newscast this week will allow you to check in with fellow students. Mister California with online learning and keeping the Shelf entertained as a stay-at-home in addition we will be talking about how to stay active during quarantine you may be struggling to find fun things to do during quarantine here's what the Marauders did during quarantine to give you some ideas in these clips I started to ride a mini bike I play Xbox with the boys if you couldn't tell the interviewer and Jake said I like playing Xbox with the boys I also play Xbox and is a great way to communicate with friends during quarantine ice skating rink hi it's Nicole at a new routine that I developed over this quarantine is my zoom club soccer workouts basically every week we go on Zoom as a teen can we do many sets of our workouts that we do and it's a great time off and go to bed on time and turn it in and do it I've also develop new hobby play when I've developed that I was in school and then cooking baking and working out on my own I do miss school I miss it a lot I miss my friends I miss my teachers and classes in the bus driver and I do look forward to seeing them again acquaintance that has been going really well for me where did Homo sapiens do what's your other students opinions about online school it's cool but I just miss my friend and has a one big Sol my school's not bad for me I like working at my own pace and wake me up later he just dropped down because to work hasn't been late turned do all through our computers. But I suppose not. Don't look gay if it takes longer my work is going to school obviously cuz you're not the teachers its way last time it only takes about 3 hours to do I work 8 hours because in the teachers are like answer out of his quest Amtrak in quarantine to exercise and stay healthy there is no need for a big fancy gym just like this one showed in the picture all you need is an open space such as a backyard do simple yet effective exercises as shown in the model make sure to keep your copper and lower body in a straight position in order to take advantage of this exercise make sure that you lift your back in one fluid motion lastly remember to go and be creative with your exercises maybe even go for a run who knows maybe you'll find a beautiful view as you may know the Olympic games have been postponed to till 20 21 this means athletes will continue to train until the games this can be difficult for some athletes without large training facilities in their homes like they're used to Freddy 4 song Zoom fly team athletes will have to work hard on their own exercises stay fit during the pandemic because they won't be able to go to the gym they are going to have to work very hard to stay in shape and beat everyone else Steele Johnson who is an Olympic diver is having to train from home there is no pool he's relying on harsh core workouts to stay fit I hope the Olympics don't get delayed any further so we can continue with this worldwide events that has been going on for many decades well I'm quarantined with miss calafato my angel and my daughter Lily I would love to say Gavin that I have a lot of free time but I really don't miss Julie Holt and I were talking about this the other day we're probably working longer hours now and doing more than we did when we were at school and I think one of the reasons why is it school you have the structured schedule I mean you have a bell and everytime a bell rings I kind of know what time it is and what I have to do from there you know that's a real good question we are planning for a promotion at some point okay recently we threw out a couple dates to parents and have them take a look at it and one day it was in the middle of July that may be a promotion could happen the other day it was in August so I really like to think we would have some type of celebration for you guys a lot of our veteran teachers struggle with it at first and I everybody is getting the hang of what they're doing and tell mrs. care has been having a whole lot of fun doing Tik Tok send YouTube videos with her Chef class and I've been loving doing that with her so that's been a ton of fun I hear from all of them they missed their kids they all like me got an education to be around kids and without that portion this job really isn't that much fun call I sent out a blast about 3 weeks ago just kind of saying how much I miss the simple things of school fist-bumping you guys playing with you at lunch and walking into your classrooms and seeing saying hi in the Halls those things that I always took for granted as part of it it is so unbelievable how much I miss the interaction with you guys I do what I do I'm not much of a paper pusher sit in my office type of principle I'll do it when I have to but I'd rather be out there with you guys having fun and that's the part I miss you guys so much I can't even can't even communicated in the temporary tattoos
