Please view this video on how to use TEAMS in your school portal. From this point on all videos will only be posted in the TEAMS program.

hi kiddos it's mrs. Hour and I am going to be showing you how to use the program seems so the first thing that you want to do is you are going to login do your school Portal at portal. Egusd.net then you're going to log in like you always do if you were going to go to your textbook which is McGraw-Hill education time you're going to go down and you're going to click where it says you'll see this cheap but the two little people so you're go ahead and click that and then you will click on to your screen in this screen you're going to see your tabs over here on the left and the ones that you're most concerned about are going to be teams chat and assignment W you're going to see all of different classes that you are set up for in the program so for my class you're going to want to click your language arts team had to look like this and it will show you all your different classes this is just a sample class so you would click on the one that says language arts 6th and whatever. You're in then we'll bring you to the street on this train you're going to see posts pot roast is what this is Dallas going to post for you to do and if you have an assignment is going to be listed here for you all right it's also going to show up in a science which we'll talk about in a moment if I want to post any files for you you'll see the next tab over is filed become that if I had some notes to post for you I might ask you to look here in the class materials we're not going to use the class notebook go dance the next tab which is assignment you're going to see the different assignments that I give to you all right so there is actually one assignment already given to you and it is a description of your experience during this time at home all right so if you clicked on this assignment it was like like this this is the assignment page and then you click on the assignment she actually you it this is a description of the and you can actually type the assignment right here underneath where the description is all right so this says please right it's two to three indented paragraph description of your experience so far during this time of social distancing online curriculum and staying home how have you been coping what strategies are you using to stay connected with people while it home describe your experience in detail personal examples for support So what you're going to do in order to do this assignment or any assignment that I post right here for you you'll just click edit document Avenue go edit in browser if you do that you'll actually be able to just type if you click right down at the bottom you'll be able to type into the document if so it says indented so you're going to click cash and then you'll be able to height your face are all right so you'll just continue to try and then when you're all done you're going to click close Lego go back to this means you'll see it tells you how many points is possible the name of the assignment and once to when you are completely done you will click the turn in assignment and it will if you see the gray once this hour has braids of the assignment you will see it listed here in grades I mean the points will be over here on the farm like the other thing that I want to point out to you is this chat cab over here on the left you will be able to send mrs.
