Copy the legs and supports and add the front and rear supports.

good morning ladies and gentlemen. Hopefully you have an opportunity to take a look at the complex table I'm going to reopen my contacts table here and so you can see there it is on top of  on that and so we have so far we have our table with the two legs now there was some discussion from some people by difficulty getting the group and component men YouTube so just the very beginning he remember it is a triple click in the sea that appear and then a right click will allow me to see this menu so then it's also the left triple and a right single flick to get grouper components appear and I'll be reaching out to those people see if I can at the moment but you can see now is have a table with just two likes I'm going to select the leg and you'll see that the single click will cause it to select if I hold my shift key you see I get the plus or minus Arrow so I'm going to go ahead and hold the shift key down and I'm going to select all three pieces so because they are already components a single click will make that will activate them okay so looks like a do not open the component box I just leaving like that so now I'm going to go ahead and to rotate underneath the table little bit so I can see what's going on and what I'm going to do is go ahead and take the move tool remove full and I'm going to slide in and I'm going to pick it up by the corner and what I'm going to do is start to move it down the table so I'm going to take that and you'll see it start to slide not that point when I want to do is hit my control key so again to get a coffee the control key and a coffee will appear I'm going to move the legs about halfway down and why won't you take a look at them here and you'll see that the support pieces on the back here which is where it's supposed to be but all my copy it would now be on the front so these legs are not in the incorrect position when I need to do is murder of them make an exact opposite coffee now to do that I'm going to I'm going to use the scale tool so this is a scale so we talked about it last time and you'll see in the scale tool that when you are working with scale you will see it appear in the corner right here I want to take the middle holder right here the green hole in the center and I want to push that back through as I push that through you will see it turns a negative number okay I would like to make an exact copy of this so I'm going to make negative in at that point I now have an exact copy of the space okay but that's when I can go back to my I will go to my tape measure come to the end of my table here and go ahead snap a guide that's one inch okay so that's one inch in and now all I have to do is go back to my move tool and take the corner here and slide that. okay it's nice of you zoom in to make sure that you have gone to the correct location they're going to ask when you're right on the corner and now I clicked off and I have a copy of the table what is how's the feet into sensor locations okay salami require you to watch that a couple times I would encourage you to go back rewind that watch it again again so again using the movie call the scale tool and you need to use the shift select all the items and the control to make a coffee okay next piece we're going to work on today here is just to add a support piece to the front so I'm going to zoom in on this corner right here I know I'm going to the inside portion of the leg Zoom all the way in I'm going to go ahead and pull out a rectangle now that rectangle is going to be 5 Mets inches , 6 inches that will be the same thickness in this piece right here so now I want go ahead and take my push pull tool and grab this piece and pull it all the way across I'm going to shoot an overlooked it so you can see the end of my table groups so I'm going to this point right over here and this can be a little bit tricky to do what you want to do until I can just and you'll see that purple. Of here tells me I'm in contact on the edge of the leg so that point I now have this front support piece I'm going to go ahead and triple click on this piece I'll be careful this one tricky sometimes you cannot even not get all the pieces so it's worth just taking the orbit school and going underneath to make sure that it is lit up correctly and you'll see that I have all sides and all the edges are lit so at that point I can go ahead and right-click and say make component that is going to be my front support okay now I have my support piece on the front and again I can double-check that by opening that box just once then I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to orbit underneath here and scroll back what I want to do is go ahead and grab my move tool take the corner here and pull it across as I pull hit the control key to get a copy I'm a slide over what I want to do is drop it so that it goes on the leg now you'll see it wants to snap onto the support but I wanted to be on the leg so usually once I put it in position here I'll rotate underneath so I can see it in Iceland then I'll take my move tool private move it so that it goes right on the edge right there so now you'll see that this pieces on the leg and that pieces on the Lego Mod really so you think it's a little bit tricky here you guys just want to make sure you don't push it into A Separate Peace just watch that we can move tool contact right there and not on edge so that support pieces are both on the leg that's a real world thing you would put a support piece on the leg and you'll see this one here and they and you can see the dark Pierre battle that tells me that that is in the correct position so Orbitz but that point I'm going to hit save it's going to lose save my table there is I'm going to stop right there so that's basically all you have to do today and then we're going to add a couple more pieces or mix a couple more adjustments onto the table for tomorrow okay so I'll probably right there and hopefully you're not getting too frustrated I'm going to try to go online today talk to a few people are having trouble feel free to send me a question on if you have anything available okay
