Adding the triangle and finishing pegtoy

okay so you're an Cebu text and you now have a very nice Pig toy except that when you show it to Mr Dougall he looks at you and says come on kid everyone every young child is done with the round Peg and square peg everyone knows they are a triangle tag so where's your triangle Peg toy with a triangle pack and so okay I can add a triangle tag have a nice thing about Fusion 360 with everything inside of this object so aloha dinner around Logan Square take separately we can make our triangle so to do that I need to replace my triangle Peg Okay so you can open up different locations to find where pieces are and you'll see that if I hover over my sketches here eventually I will see this guest who is this he's right here now I can also come down here and find Sketch to either one will work for you if you want to right click on it and then you want to stay at its catch immediately rotate around and you can now see all of the dimensions and the square and circle that you added into this piece now there's a couple of things going on here that are going to force me to really think about where to place the tree and so I'm going to switch to a different camera view here so you can see how this would go okay so this is some graph paper that's going to help figure out how to position the triangle in the correct location so we going to start with the things that we know that we created original so we know that we have a board measures 3 in by 5.7 in 5.7 Flags give me so I'mma start this is a quarter inch graph paper and I just printed this off the internet I want to do is basically just count the squares to figure out how big the pieces  every inch is a Foursquare so we're looking at 12 squares that are going to match up to the side of our pegboard and then we know that this life is going to be 5.75 so that's going to be 23 squares Sunday spread quickly Market okay so what else do we know we know the w three pieces that are in here we know that we have a circle we know that we have a square and we know that we have a triangle have to fit within this I'm just marking my Dimensions here on the skates sketch make some sense let me locate the center and draw a circle and then I'm going to adding a triangle okay so we do know that one in each so when it's across the base of the triangle when I turn it down in the circle and one in on the side of the square now there's one additional item that we have added on to the peg board since we originally put the circle in the square in that is besides so just went into the Ford pass that distance which is 375 so I'm both sides were going to lose 375 also from the edge okay so now we know all of our spacings we have our edges we have our Circle we have our triangle and we have our Square so we want to know what's been removed from the pegboard so when is we have removed a three items we were moved to circle the triangle and the square so we remove 3 inch we've also removed our two end pieces so .375 plus .375 is 750 which means that we have a total of 3.75 in that are not available for us to use on the board that have been removed so unified board is 5.75 in size we're going to subtract all the pieces that we made and that sells us we have to in a space on the board that's on the counter for evenly across the board so we will need two of course have a circle one inch from the one in each other or right spacing from each other so there are four total places you can see 1 2 3 and 4 I mean divide that two-by-four and that tells me that everything is going to be half inch gap on each other's space now you can see between the triangle the square that's going to be a hunting show from the corner of the triangle to the corner of the square that's going to be half inch in size but if you look on the calendar because it is not from the corner of the square to the to the side piece we created is a half inch of Ashley from the corner of the square to the edge of the side piece plus that headpiece itself so that means I have to add the side piece 2.5 and add those two together so that means the distance from the edge of the square to the edge of the board is .875 that's important because that's how we set it up on our original piece so if I go back to the other side it's the same thing I've got the .375 for my end piece I have the point 5 weeks is the distance to the side of the circle I need to know the diameter of the circle because I measured it to the center when I alright see you soon okay so this point we want to do is go ahead and add in our our triangle joint and we're going to go to the slider and then cracked our position so the best way to do this is to that I've seen is to do a face-to-face peace and got to make sure that you're on the face and that like to the face and that it's going to be the correct spot so I'm going to select the point here on top as the right on the edge there and then I'm going to come over to the pegboard and select a summer spots are right on the edge right there that's going to bring it over but you'll see it doesn't line up correctly so the question becomes how can I get that to the right spot go to your top view view you can see first before you can spend this very easily so I can just rotate all the way around and lined up perfectly with my opening so that's clicked into place I can then go ahead and hit okay and go back to my house Homeview and you'll see that will then slide up and down without any problem at all so now it's in the correct position so at that point you can go ahead and add some color select appearance going to your and you can select a color I pick white cuz I would get out of sticking with my bright colors for kids so it's a nice right triangle I now have my Square my triangle on my circle round pill Collin Raye and I can go ahead and do some time working correctly I know I can give you good information so hopefully your peg Tori it's coming together this is due on Friday so if
