okay run this is felicitous for those of you who are looking at the Disco Maze and spreading a little bit to get things working overhead view super helpful to understand what's going on if you look there are discs that are on the floor and those disks are going to be seen by the vision center is right are on the front so this is our vision center right here you'll see his one pointing up and it is one also that's down below we're interested in the first challenge getting this got to work here so it going to see the desks and so if I bumped into a disc if I roll around here you'll see these discs are standing upright on the floor and we're going to have to see those make I'm going to avoid the other ones now if we take a look at what we're trying to do we're trying to get from the green square to the red square but we have to encounter the discs out of Evil 5 floor and it's going to allow us to make turn so if I go up to this Greenwood if I go left as much into the wall but if I go right I will encounter another blue peace and if I go I will hit a blue and left again a a blue and last of blue and then a right on a green and a last on a blue under right on the green and then I will actually find my way to the fence which is the the Red Square so what I want to do is set this up so that when I see one color I go last and when I see another color I go right okay so first thing is that I want obviously the first thing I want to do is I want to drive forward right so I'm going to go forward I'm going to drive towards that that clean discs okay so at that point I'm going to need to set up some for the state and it's going to allow me to do that I'm going to have to use the sensor on the front so I'm going to need a control statement then because I'm going to have to place sensing piece inside the eye center pieces in the Steelers front text Brad soap that's going to have to go in with my piece if you're not I miss the way you could say what I could do wait until right so I can drive forward and I can say wait until the front center and then I could tell it to do something okay sounds good let's say turn right now if I run that so you'll see that what's going to happen is going to drive forward it's going to see the sensor and can return just like I would want it to bright I can just duplicate those two pieces are the three pieces drive forward and then I can do the same thing I can just say naked flu on the front and how to turn and then drive forward again and I can just do this I have to wait until so if I run that you'll see that I guess I should go that'll be left coming out of that and I would just have to dance every time I ran into one of my pieces and work my way across the floor so that way but it's not really the most efficient way to stick one program bumping into each one of these as I so what are my other choices in okay I can't roll statements that you can see that there is a if statement so if statement says basically Drive full word and if something else happens do something else okay so in this case we want to do is go ahead bring to take these pieces out cuz we're going to need days will go with an if statement so we're going to have multiple colors here so we're going to go with more than one we're going to say an if else okay so the first thing is distance to drive forward and then what I want to do is to take this first piece out and say you know if you detect green then go ahead and do this which in this case would be turn right 90 degrees okay so I know that's going to turn right 90 degrees it's going to then dryfall Roque so now I have the elf statement here so I can give it a else for the blue and then it would run the blue so if I take out my elf here I have to make sure that it's going to actually have an ifta in there so I'm going to take this and drop this in here so now I know that there is a if and else if so be another if statement and we're going to put the blue-eyed affection in there and then we're going to go ahead and drive forward so we can test right to see looking to drive forward and crashed into the wall so it's kind of a wall on the Peace by reset that Smoke on the does complete the assignment here and does actually give it to the correct location so that's how you would get that to work how to figure out how to I want a quick Ivan dad on here why do I have the drive pulley here well my nishal point here is to get the robot to start Forward Air goes and is it driving forward and then it completing this command why do I have these other drive forward command in here because now I'm inside this was Luke and I don't want to leave the loop until I get to the end so it's doing the return rate on the drive forward command for each of the actions in the itself and really Listen to If else if else statement is it really called and that running that consistently across that piece and once I get to stop then and I see red actually will stop if the drive to man was inside the forever look it would stop for a second but then it would contain bipolar because I don't believe in here there's any way to end program there's no end program command break come in. try to Brickman mushroom try this way if that would cause it to break I don't want it to break the pearl ring I don't think it well Honeywell kind of the same spot you'll see that it will run and forever can you run and Lexie is going to see the right here and actually that could work it actually worked well it broke the command all right
