Eyemart have you ever been sent to the principal's office should I restore my sometime well that's that's a two-part question for me cuz I was the assistant principal for nine years from 1999-2002 2008 but I've been principal back here at Merrill s I'm starting my third year. you know I was a bit disappointed in some student Behavior last year I thought there were too many altercations between students on campus I thought it was pretty dog that there were so many fights there were some that were some things that happened off campus to that we weren't very proud of and if there's one thing that I can change and really why want to change is some of the mindset of our grade students I want our eighth-grade students to be the leaders of our school not we jokesters not try to do things to hurt other people I want them to help people I want them to understand the need to be successful going on to high school so if there's one thing I want to change this year it's the behavior of our eighth grade I want them to become leaders of our school I will start while first of all in the office mrs. cross you all know Miss cross she was the campus supervisors now working in the office with me as the registrar who has taken over at 8 ersp we have in the 7th grade history, who is doing a fabulous job already coming to get to know our school She's brand-new to our school we have a sixth grade math teacher Miss roses yeah I've known for a few years and she's doing a great job and then we have a mister calzada who took over for Miss cross as our campus supervisor is there anything you'd like to say to the incoming 6th graders yeah I was very impressed with you guys in the initial assembly mr. Lee hole that I came and spoke at all the elementary schools last year and we had a whole lot of fun doing it and absolutely outstanding 7th class so the sixth grade there's a kind of look up to the 7th and 8th grade and 7th grade is so phenomenal this year in all aspects they have such a good week ship to look up to the 6th grade they seem fun they seem athletic they sign up for a lot of dinner rules can't wait to see their app progress in the classroom it is going to be for 6th grade Ashland what I like about me or less that I didn't have on my old school is the cafeteria food is way better and I do like having six different teachers it's fun all my teachers are nice it's fun having . I like having a walker even though I had trouble using the walk at first Salah better than my old school satco bulbs for wasn't that fun and make new friends I get to choose a class that I want to do and I took Spanish I really like my teacher. We do not like them stems and afternoon it's really nice even though sixth grade was scary at first it's fine now and so I'm standing behind the lockers and I like blockers because you don't have to keep rubbing your stuff out of your backpack you could just get it from your locker and bring it back to class I also like the classes since there's periods I like they're less because it's big as a pool and it's super hot and I like it here all the teachers are nice. play about miraleste that it is a bigger School things to do it is also a very nice school because there are a lot of kind staff and a lot of fun things to do you've got to go in the pool when it's hot out and that's pretty nice because you get to take a quick dip the Walkers are pretty cool because you get to have your own combination and even have you even can sources spending a great time so far I hope that all of you and enjoy their last sounds.
